What a Marketing Tool! Use your skills to make the best sustainable seafood dish at the 11th Annual South Carolina Seafood Challenge, held in conjunction with
the 45th Annual Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Don't miss the opportunity to compete for the State Title and a
chance to participate in the Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans, LA.
11TH ANNUAL SEAFOOD COMPETITION PRIZES
1st Place: $1,000
Round Trip Airfare to New Orleans
to Participate in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off
2 Nights Lodging
2nd Place: $500 Cash
The Competition Follows the Same General Rules as the ACF F1 Mystery Basket with the
1. It is a Two Chef Team.
2. Competing Teams Must Bring All Their Own Products.
3. Teams Must Supply a Typed Copy of their Recipes and include a Picture of the Finished
Product, prior to competing.
ACF Member $90 / Non-ACF Member $115
Open only to Professional Chefs currently employed by a Public Restaurant or Catering Company in South Carolina.
