to include a plate up window with the Chefs preparing 6 portions.

Category A-Cold Meat Platter, Category B-Cold Appetizer Plates, Category C-Patisserie/Confectionery,
Category D-Showpieces, Category H-1-Single Block Ice Carving and KP-1 – Hot / Warm Plated Dessert
