Seafood Challenge

South Carolina Seafood Challenge We Are Looking For The Best Seafood Chef In South Carolina

Due to the many challenges of producing a safe show in the midst of a pandemic, we have elected to not have any Chef Challenge Competitions at this year’s show.

Our plans are to bring back the competitions in 2025!

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Imagine having the “Bragging Rights” as the #1 Seafood Chef in South Carolina! What a Marketing Tool! Use your skills to make the best sustainable seafood dish at the South Carolina Seafood Challenge, held in conjunction with the Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Don’t miss the opportunity to compete for the State Title and a chance to participate in the Great American Seafood Cook-off in New Orleans, LA.

The Competition Follows the Same General Rules as the ACF F1 Mystery Basket with the Following Exceptions:

1. It is a Two Chef Team.
2. Competing Teams Must Bring All Their Own Products.
3. Teams Must Supply a Typed Copy of their Recipes and include a Picture of the Finished Product, prior to competing.
